A fiduciary registered investment adviser owned and operated by the family that founded it. A small, long-tenured team of CFP® and CFA® credentialed advisers, headquartered in Oklahoma City.
F.I.G. was founded on that premise. Forty three years on, it still holds. We are an independent registered investment adviser, owned and operated by the family that started it. Our advisory work is fee based, and on the occasions we place insurance or annuity solutions for a client, we disclose the arrangement up front.
Three credentialed advisers in Oklahoma City. Rick has practiced since 1975. Chris joined the firm in 2005. Sam joined in 2010. We strive for boutique, high-touch service backed by decades of collective experience.
The work is patient. Decisions compound over time. Our responsibility is to remain attentive when it matters most.
Planning is the work that comes first and never quite ends. We map cash flow, education funding, retirement contributions, insurance, estate, and tax. When situations change, the plan evolves with you, helping you meet your long term financial goals. We leverage technology to help you see information whenever you need to, and it is what we continue to revisit as life rearranges itself.
We manage portfolios for a fee, not a commission. That means the only question we have to answer when we trade is whether the trade is right for you. Allocations are built around your risk and your life, then monitored and adjusted on an ongoing basis.
Technology should deepen the advisory relationship, not distance it. We are thoughtfully evolving the systems behind our practice to better organize complexity, connect information, and surface meaningful insight across increasingly dynamic financial lives. Much of this work happens quietly beneath the surface, allowing us to spend less time navigating fragmented systems and more time focused on judgment, interpretation, and long-term decision making.

A complimentary first meeting is the natural place to start. We’ll tell you what we think plainly, determine whether we’re the right fit to work together, and if so, we’d welcome the opportunity to serve you.
